Internship - Human Resources

We are looking for a confident, energetic, self-driven, young undergraduate in Human Resource Management field. This intern is mainly responsible for the functional support of Human Resource Business Partnering role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in employee recruitment/termination process.
  • Assisting in internal and external communication.
  • Maintain Employee personal files.
  • Engaging employee ETF and EPF related activities.
  • Providing essential support to general HR activities and projects as and when required.

The right candidate should possess the following qualifications & experience:

  • Reading for a Degree in Bachelor of Human Resources Management or similar Management discipline.
  • Good computer literacy (Specially in MS office).
  • Very good command in both Sinhala and English.
  • Good writing skills in both Sinhala and English.

Other Essential Attributes required:

  • Creative thinking and good presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Need to be a very good team player.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated and committed to achieve objectives in timely manner.
  • Willing to learn and passion to develop.
