Intern - Online Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer inquiries through social channels 24x7.
• Monitor the performance of online sales and identify business trends.
• Create and execute branding Plans / Promotions.
• Maintain product portfolios on the website.
• Work with internal and external parties when necessary.

Personal Profile:

• Reading for a Bachelor's / Diploma in Marketing / Business related fields or part qualified in a similar professional qualification.
• Hands on knowledge in Social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, Experience in ecommerce sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Sinhala. Tamil language would be added as an advantage.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Canva, Photoshop and other creative platforms.
• Ability to work from home during weekends to perform tasks given  by the supervisors.
• Should be able to create content with minimum supervision.
• Google Digital Grace, Facebook Blueprint certificates are a plus point.
