Executive - Customer Services
We are looking for dynamic and equally committed individual in order to fill the above position in keeping with the growth plans of the Company and in meeting the customer expectations.
Job Role:
Handle customer inquiries / complaints, billing questions and payment extension / service requests. Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs divisions.
The ideal candidate should,
- possess 2-3 years experience in the Inbound & Outbound Travel Industry
- have excellent Communication Skills in English language both written & verbal and PR skills
- possess Part Qualification in CIM / SLIM would be advantageous
- well conversant in MS Office Packages (MS Word, Excel etc)
- analytical mind
- be a good team player with positive attitudes
- possess Internet and Email Skills
