The company has the following vacancy and seeks suitable applicants.

Accountant

Selected candidate will directly report to Senior Manger Finance and will be required to:

• Finalization of accounts as per SLFRS/LKAS and IFRS
• Keeping track of all company / group monthly, quarterly and annually reporting requirements and ensuring the deadlines are met
• Involved in revenue accounting process
• Evaluate cost and revenue lines VS budgets and analysis of variances
• Reviewing of monthly reconciliations, following up and resolving any issues identified
• Scrutiny of payments to ensure validity and timelines
• Attending in operational matters on time

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Member of ICASL & finance related degree from a recognized university
• 3 years minimum experience in a similar capacity
• Possess sound knowledge about internal and external reporting requirements with good knowledge and exposure to SLFRS / LKAS & IFRS
• Candidates should be result oriented with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain high standards
• Working experience in telecom sector will be an added advantage
