Assistant Accountant

• Intermediate qualifications of ICASL / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification in accountancy
• Previous experience of minimum 2 years in Audit Firm and 2-3 years' experience in commercial organization
• Hands on experience in Financial Reporting, Management Accounting & Audit reviews
• Should possess good analytical and planning skills
• Required to be IT literate with knowledge of advanced MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Should possess excellent command in English language and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling of Payroll including EPF / ETF online payments
• Knowledge of computerized Accounting packages is an added advantage
• Excellent organizing skills and ability to prioritize the tasks to meet deadlines
• Dealing with Banks, Inland Revenue, Labour Department, Central Bank and other regulatory authorities
• Ability to build strong and trustworthy relationship with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
• Age below 40 years

Candidate who have work experience in a computerized shipping agency companies will be given the preference.
