Officer - HR (Payroll Unit)

The Role:

• Carrying out all tasks related to preparations and execution on all payroll related activities such as Salaries, Increments and Bonus
• Liaise with Labour Department on labour related duties & functions
• Preparation of payroll related costing and reporting
• Liaising with banks and other institution on matters related to loans, salary conformations etc

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of working experience in payroll management
• Overall knowledge in compensation Management
• Thorough knowledge on labour laws, labour compliance and other related regulations
• Professional Qualification in HRM and should have passed G.C.E. A/L
• Excellent command of English both written & oral
• Fluency in MS Office packages
• Experience to work on payroll software
• Qualifications in Finance would be an added advantage
