We are a finance company licensed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the provisions of Finance Companies Act No. 78 of 1988 as amended by Act No. 23 of 1991, which was subsequently replaced by the Finance Business Act No. 42 of 2011 and quoted in the main Board of Colombo Stock Exchange. Singer Finance is a subsidiary of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC. Today it has nineteen branches and seventeen Services Centres Island wide. Company invites applications from high caliber individuals to fill the following positions.

Branch Cashier

Locations: Nugegoda / Embilipitiya

• Position will be based at our Nugegoda and Embilipitiya Branches

Position Holder is responsible for:

• Coping with all cashiering functions related to day to day branch operations
• Coordinating with Head Office staff when required and providing reports on daily/monthly basis
• Maintaining higher standard and efficiency of all cashiering functions

Applicant should:

• be between 19 - 25 years
• possess G.C.E. A/L qualifications
• possess G.C.E. O/L qualifications with credit passes for English Language and Mathematics
• be a good team player with ability to mix-up with all levels of staff
• be resident within a radius of 10Kms from relevant branch

Necessary training will be provided for the selected candidates and previous working experience in Cashiering & Customer Care will be an added advantage (working experience as a Banking Trainee)
