Junior Executive - Finance

Job Accountabilities:

• Prepare invoices by following the guidelines given in the tariff sheets in order to ensure charges are invoiced to the customer timely and accurately
• Prepare payments as per the payment procedure by verifying the charges invoiced
• Payment of cash for petty cash vouchers and ATFs by following the cashiering guidelines
• Check and receive daily OT collections to ensure safety of cash in hand while adhering to group policies
• Prepare daily cashiering statement by recording the transactions accurately
• Ensure the company records/files are properly maintained, update and safe guarded as per ISO procedures
• Carryout physical stock and fixed assets verifications in order to ensure accuracy of valuations

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination
• A minimum of 6 credit passes at the G.C.E. O/L examination including English
• A Distinction pass for Mathematics at the G.E.E. O/L examination is compulsory
• Part qualification from a recognised accounting body such as CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• Previous experience in the field would be an added advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office packages
