HR Advisory Associates
We are looking for fully qualified individuals to join our dynamic Compensation & Benefits Advisory Team (specialising in remuneration and rewards surveys) as "HR Advisory Associates". You will work in a small and tighly knit unit, reporting to the Senior Manager - People Advisory Services.
You should:
- be less than 30 years of age
- have a degree from a recognised HR body / degree in the field of Management / Finance / Statistics and/or an equivalent professional qualification (having relevant work experience in the area of compensation & benefits / payroll handling / employee rewards management etc will be an added advantage)
- be thoroughly familiar with MS Office applications (especially MS Excel)
- be able to handle assignments on your own, visit and liaise with top end professionals at Client Offices etc with minimum supervision
- be very fluent in both spoken and written English / sinhalese and have effective communication skills
- possess excellent report writing and presentation skills
- be an excellent team-player, have the ability to work to strict deadlines (work late or on weekends, if required), while meeting high quality expectations and the ability to multi-task effectively
