Senior Manager - Systems Development / Implementation and Management

Job Profile / Main Responsibilities:

• Take responsibilities for the timely implementation of all Card Systems related ICT projects
• Ensure that all ICT systems related to Card Centre operations, operate at an optimal level
• Identify technological trends in the card business and define the future technological strategy for the Bank
• Periodic reporting of progress / status of all Card Centre related ICT projects

Applicant's Profile:

• Degree in Information Technology and Professional qualification from recognised professional body in Accountancy or MBA
• Prior Experience in implementing Card products related ICT projects
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
• A good team player who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in the Business
• Have a very good track record within an outgoing personality
• Age below 40 years with minimum 10 years experience in similar capacity with 5 years' experience in a senior management role
