Accountant (Overseas)

The ideal candidate should be between 30-40 years of age with a full qualification in CIMA / ACCA / CA. A Degree in a relevant field will be considered advantageous. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Hotel industry is essential to perform this role. Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts payable, taxation and administration is required. Excellent presentation, supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English (oral and written) and ability to work within a team are key competencies sought. Hands on experience in Opera, Oracle Accounting system and MS Office packages is a must.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with SOP's
• Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring the accuracy of the books
• Preparing monthly account
• Controlling cost and quality standards
