Junior Executive - Accounts Receivables

Education & Experience:

• Part qualification in CIMA, CMA, ACCA, ICASL or AAT
• 1-3 years' Accounts Receivable and General Accounting experience
• Previous exposure to ERP System would be an added advantage

Key Competencies:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good verbal and written communication
• Problem analysis and problem solving skills

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Carryout billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• General age analysis
• Review AR aging to ensure compliance
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc
• Prepare bank deposits
• Develop a recovery system and initiative collection efforts
