Accounts / Stores Assistant

Job Profile:

• Maintenance of Stock Levels of IPM Store & Issuing goods
• Calling quotations, negotiating with suppliers, preparing quotation summaries and Raising of Purchase Orders
• Updating the Stock Register Regularly
• Handling receipts, payments, daily banking and petty cash
• Assist internal and external audits
• Assist in preparation of monthly accounts

Personal Profile:

• Fully or part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ICASL, AAT
• G.C.E. A/L
• Minimum of one year's experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to take initiative on own and take leadership to complete the assigned tasks with minimum supervision
• Ability to maintain proper records
• An excellent command in both English & Sinhala languages
• Excellent computer skills

Remuneration for this position is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
