Back Office Coordinator

Job Profile:

• To coordinate between several divisions including Operations, Finance and Management Information to implement Legal process of a major division of our organisation
• To gather details, prepare relevant letters and Post
• Receiving letters, follow-up and coordinating with the Legal officers and tabulating repayment schedules
• Systematic preparation of MIS reports in regard to the outcome of the legal process
• Ability to prepare progress report in a structured and a summarised format for managerial decision making

Candidate Profile:

• Should possess a Business Management Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised institute
• Possess excellent writing, schedule preparation and follow-up skills along with good knowledge in MS Office Package
• The ideal candidate should be below 40 years of age
• Work experience in a similar role would be an advantage
• Dynamic individual with an excellent coordinating and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala / Tamil and English languages
