Banking Trainee

Successful candidates will go through a comprehensive training programme that includes "on the job" training at our branches. Upon successful completion of the training period and fulfilment of other criteria included in this scheme, the banking trainees will become eligible to be considered for absorption to the permanent cadre of the Bank.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be below 22 years of age
• Passed six subjects with our credit passes including Mathematics, an "A" or "B" pass for English and minimum "S" pass for Sinhala / Tamil language in a single sitting at the G.C.E. O/L Examination
• Should also possess 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L Examination excluding General English
