Trainee Credit Control Assistant

Opportunity exists in the Credit Control Department in the Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC for a young dynamic and energetic individual, with high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team with the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.

Job Profile:

• Maintaining records of Hire Purchase accounts
• Handling and attending to complaints made by the customers
• To check and update records on monthly creations with contact numbers
• Preparing management information reports to assist to month end operations of the department

Personal Profile:

• Good results in G.C.E. O/L & A/L
• Prior working experience in Credit Control will be a distinct advantage
• Flair for dealing with internal and external customers externally courteously
• Exposure to computerised accounting application packages and ERP System
• Age between 18-25 years
