Accounts Executive

Location: Ratmalana

Key Responsibilities:

• Update accounts, prepare GL accounts, inventory, creditors, debtors & bank reconciliations
• Monitor stock variance and prepare reports to management
• Prepare schedules for external auditors
• Fill-up statutory returns
• Process payments timely and accurately
• Conduct internal audits in outlets

Criteria:

• Part qualified in CASL / ACCA / CIMA or full qualification in AAT
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting
• Knowledge in accounting applications and hands on experience in MS Office packages
• Preferably below 28 years of age
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
