Management Trainees

Softlogic Group Management Trainee Programme is a one-year project based learning programme with exposure in different sectors to lay a solid foundation to be a world class Business Manager. These Management Trainees will be mentored by the Chairman and Group Senior Management team.

Job Requirements:

• All graduates with a Degree in Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, IT or Engineering are welcome
• Part qualification in CIMA, ICASL, CIM or SLIM is an added advantage
• Below 27 years of age
• A dynamic individual with strong managerial competencies of analytical / communication skills, leadership ability & who is a team player with positive attitude.
