Accounts Executive

Job Profile:

• Preparation of payable vouchers and keeping separate records for expenses including utilities, marketing, and other.
• Preparation provision entry for all utility & other expenses for the purpose of monthly financial statements.
• Participate for monthly stock count.
• Preparation of other Ad hoc reports requested by the management.
• Intercompany reconciliation for Quarterly and year end audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 02 years experience in Accounting/Finance
• Part qualification of CMA/ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and computer based accounting packages. Oracle knowledge will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English language
• Degree in Accounting/Finance will be an added advantage.
