Credit Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of debtor's accounts
• Assist with producing and verifying monthly debtor's statements
• Month end reporting requirements around debtor's balances
• Prepare of overdue letters of all corporate debtors
• Reconcile debtors accounts each month, correct any problems within agreed timeframes
• Dealing with all aspects of the sales ledger

Qualification, Experience and Abilities:

• Passed G.C.E. A/L and fully or part qualified in AAT/ICASL will be added advantage
• Considerable experience in a similar capacity
• Attention to detail and sound decision making
• Good communication skills both in English & Sinhalese, computer literacy would be a definite advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and to timeline
• Having a valid riding license is a must
• Those who have experience in ERP systems are encouraged to apply
