Tokyo Cement Company (Lanka) PLC, a prestigious public quoted company with a foreign collaboration and a reputation as one of Sri Lanka's premier cement manufacturers, requests applications from suitably qualified persons for the following position to be based at its depot in Orugodawatta.

Stores Executive

Location: Orugodawatta Depot

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory in the warehouse
• Coordinate with marketing division in processing and delivering customer orders efficiently
• Maintain system and controls, inventory levels and reorder process in managing depot inventory effectively
• Assist in all logistical arrangements for timely delivering of customer orders
• Maintain and provide periodical reports to management on inventory levels, delivery status, sales returns and etc
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the organisation

Key Requirements:

• Have at least one year of experience in a similar role
• Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L with 3 credit passes
• Full/Part qualification in stores management / material management / logistics management from a recognised institute will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and meet internal and external deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Age below 35 years
