Junior Executive - Mobile Financial Services Operations

The below opportunity is available within Mobile Financial Services (mCash) unit, under the Consumer Marketing division.

Job Role:

• Management of mCash liquidity, fund transfers and daily reconciliations on mCash transactions
• Preparation of CBSL, Custodian Bank and other management information reports as needed
• Manage the transaction reversal process and maintain accurate records
• Ensure balance recovery management for reversals from partner organisations
• Maintain continuous business relationship with the business partners

Qualifications & Experience:

• Should possess a Diploma in Finance or General Management
• Preferably 2 years work experience in Mobile / Electronic Banking services or similar field
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages
• Should familiar with Internet and web based applications
• Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Be a committed individual with the ability to work independently
• Be highly organised, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels
