Accounts Executive

Job Profile:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices statements, etc
• Matching invoices in accordances with the PO and review outstanding invoices
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Reconcile all supplier statements
• Continuing to improve the payment process

Requirements:

• Should possess part qualification in AATSL
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar industry relating to Accounts Payable
• Good knowledge in MS Office packages (MS Word & MS Excel)
• Experience in ERP systems will be added advantage
• Having good communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
• Ability to work under pressure & adhere to tight deadlines
