Abans Finance PLC is seeking dynamic, result oriented individuals to be a part of its team as an Accounts Executive / Junior Accounts Executive

Accounts Executive / Junior Accounts Executive

Location: Colombo 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling General / Supplier Payments.
• Maintaining periodic transaction reports.
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness & timeliness of all the transactions.
• Communication with all external & internal parties on operational related matters.
• Proper and accurate handling of cashier function and petty cash payments.
• Duty maintain allocated floats and daily reconciliation.
• Ensure that the cash collection is duly balanced and proper banking of daily cash collection.
• Serve the customers without delays.

Key Requirements:

• Following a course in CA, CIMA, ACCA or AAT or equivalent qualifications.
• Fair Knowledge in Accounting & Finance - SLFRSs' & LKASs'.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity. Preferable in a Finance Company. (Experience in cashiering would be an added advantage).
• Fair Communication skills in both English and Sinhala ( Tamil speaking also encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Specially Excel), IT Application & exposure to use accounting software will be an added advantage.
