Accounts Assistant

The holder will be responsible for handling, pricing in the Singer ERP module & communicating with the sales locations.

Job Profile:

• Coordinate with Brand Management & Sales Staff on Product Introductions, Sales Promotions & Price Revisions.
• Coordinate with IT & other Support Divisions on all Price related functions.
• Communication of Prices and Sales Promotions to Sales & Marketing Staff.
• Checking integrity of prices in Singer ERP System.
• Prepare Profitability Reports.
• Maintain a Pricing Database with Product & Prices & Competitor Prices.

Personal Profile:

• Undergraduates in Finance or Partly Qualified in ICASL, CIMA, CMA or AAT.
• Effective written communication skills and comprehension.
• Strong skills in MS Office packages especially Excel & Word.
• Flexibility to work long hours when required.
• Aged between 19 to 25 years.
