Sri Lankan Cricket is looking for an experienced auditing candidate to expand its Internal Audit Division based at its head office in Colombo. Applicants are invited for the following vacancies from suitable male and female candidates below the age of 30 years.

Executive - Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Evaluating risk and recommending improvements.
• Ensure periodic review and audits are conducted.
• Developing standard operating procedures re to the division.
• Monitor post-audit follow-up of the audit report and ensure compliance with recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be a past finalist in Chartered Accountancy (CA) or equivalent.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputed audit firm.
• He should be able to supervise and groom his juniors and check their work extensively.
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Age below 30 years.
• Willingness to be flexible in working arrangements and hours.
