Junior Executive - Inventory Control

As the Junior Executive - Inventory Control, you will be responsible for the following duties.

The Primary Objectives of the Position:

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
• Monitor and record inventory moments.
• Maintaining and updating records of inventory records.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and submission of same to the higher management.
• Maintaining records related to all inventory control activities in a good order.
• Conduct system to system and system to physical stock reconciliation.
• Responsible for other duties assigned by the manager.

Personal Profile and Skills:

• Advanced Level qualified.
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual.
• Attention to detail, High level of integrity, Good team player.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Packages and computer skills.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
