Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC, a well-established Finance Company, and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon is looking for dynamic and result oriented individuals who have following qualifications to join our team as;

Audit Trainees (02 Positions)

Job Role:

• Actively contribute to deliver the board approved internal audit plan.
• Apply the knowledge gathered through studies to analyse the gaps in internal controls.
• Effective report writing skills to communicate audit findings and recommendations, and assist in adopting corrective actions and follow up.
• Travelling when needed to conduct branch audit reviews.
• Maintain highest Standard of ethics and Confidentially.

Profile:

• Passed Business level II of CA Sri Lanka Exams and or/a similar level in other reputed professional accounting body (AAT, CMA, CIMA)
• An undergraduate in accounting/finance,or related area would be an added advantage.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in an Audit firm is preferred.
• Good aptitude for analytical skills,attention to detail, self development, communication and reporting skills are essential for this role.

Remuneration:

• Monthly Allowance in line with CA Sri Lanka guidelines.
