Recovery Assistant / Officer / Senior Officer

We invite applications for Head Office, Malabe, Union Place, Gampaha, Kaduwela, Wellawatta, Piliyandala, Kandy
Main, Kohuwala & Dehiwala Branches.

Job Profile:

• Should be able to manage and achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets
• Regular customer visits and conducts investigations to follow up with customers on a dailyhweekly/monthly basis
• Should be able to keep proper records, good understanding of assigned /branch portfolio and customers
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Ability to work under pressure

Candidate Profile:

• Overall experience should be more than 02 years.
• One year of experience in the recovery field will be an added advantage.
• The ability to converse fluently in Sinhala and English is a must.
• You should be a team player and be willing to travel extensively on the field.
• Proven track record of meeting business objectives.
• You must have a valid driving license.
