We are looking for high caliber, result oriented and experienced candidates for the below mentioned positions who can contribute to strengthen the SLT Group Internal Audit Division while obtaining great id to expand your potentials in the auditing/finance ladder of the corporate.

Senior Audit Trainees

Personal Profile:

• Bea student of CA Sri Lanka who has completed Business Level Examination under curriculum 2020 or ‘equivalent level of previous CA curriculum.
• Completed two years audit training in a reputed audit firm/company and seeking for practical training of CA examinations (Experience in system audits would be an added advantage).
• Possess excellent computer literacy and proficiency in communication (oral and written).
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and be a good team player.
• Be willing to go on internal audit assignments in island-wide regional offices and subsidiaries of SLT Group.

Semi-Senior Audit Trainees

Personal Profile:

• Bea student of CA Sri Lanka who has completed four subjects in Business Level Examination -1 or 2 under curriculum 2020 or equivalent level of previous CA curriculum.
• Completed one year audit training in a reputed audit firm/company and seeking for practical training of CA ‘examinations (Experience in system audits would be an added advantage).
• Possess excellent computer literacy and proficiency in communication (oral and written).
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and be a good team player.
• Be willing to go on internal audit assignments in island-wide regional offices and subsidiaries of SLT Group.

Junior Audit Trainees

Personal Profile:

• Bea student of CA Sri Lanka who is in Business level -1 or 2 Examinations under curriculum 2020.
• Seeking for practical training of CA examinations.
• Possess computer literacy and proficiency in communication (oral and written).
• Be willing to go on internal audit assignments in island-wide regional offices and subsidiaries of SLT Group.

Our Offer
The selected candidates for audit trainees will be offered with wider training/exposure opportunities in internal audit functions and inline with the agreement which will be signed with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka {An attractive allowance per month will be paid based on the experience and the levels of CA examination completed In addition the Company will contribute 15% to EPF and 3% to ETF on monthly allowance. The audit trainees selected will be recruited under a intern programme agreement of two years initially which will be subject to renewal upon evaluating the training & business requirements and performance of the trainees. The trainees recruited shall not be entitled to make a claim for employment at Sri Lanka Telecom PLC at the completion of the contract.
