Job Profile

• Coordinate matters relating to Talent Management within the Bank.
• Analyse and evaluate the investments relating to Human Capital of the Bank.
• Ability to coordinate special projects, in the function of Human Resource Management.

Applicant’s Profile

• The applicant should have a Degree from a reputed University in HRM / Finance / Management or passed finalist of CIMA who wishes to pursue a career in Human Resource Management.
• Should possess sound leadership attributes and have excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to liaise and maintain excellent relations with all business units of the Bank.
• Prevous working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
