Junior Account Manager

ZILLIONe is currently seeking a sales professional to serve as a Junior Account Manager - this person will be responsible for maintaining an effective relationship with our clients, acquiring new business from his base and to ensure superior positioning of our solutions and grow our marketshare accordingly. This position will be based in Sri Lanka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Targets: Managers and achieves both overall and business unit specific sales targets, account coverage and customer satisfaction targets for the account. Takes accountability for the monthly, quarterly and annual results on the overall account
  • Portfolio Management: Promotes business solutions with customers to simplify the business process. Represents and promotes products, systems and services across all divisions, business units and factories represented by the account manager. Ability to combine discrete products and services into a comprehensive solution.
  • Customer Insight: Develops and maintain detailed understanding of the customer's business strategy, purchasing behaviour, organisational structure including, customer needs, regulatory drivers, threats, economic trends, and competition. Provides insight to customers by providing knowledge to guide customers as they navigate alternatives.
  • Marketing: Coordinates the use of internal and/or external resources in order to introduce meaningful concepts and solutions for the customer. May include trade show, exposition attendance, executive round tables or organising more technology specific events for your customers.
  • Administration: Enters and maintains relevant sales data into CRM including pipeline management, Works with business units to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Additional duties may be assigned, as required.

Ideal candidate should be having:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) and 1+ years of relevant experience with sales in related industry (alternative combinations of education and experience will also be considered)
  • 1+ years of working experience as Sales Management / Account Management position in enterprise
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills, relationship management qualities, and leadership abilities
  • High proficiency in English both written and verbal
